FAQ

How many licenses do I need?

You will need one license key per WordPress installation. If you are using WordPress Multisite, please consider purchasing the Agency subscription to get the dedicated Multisite plugin. You won’t need a license key for development and staging environments that meet our requirements.

What if I need more licenses later on?

You can easily upgrade your license to a higher tier later on. We will apply a pro-rated discount to your upgrade purchase. This means that you will only pay the difference between your new license tier and the original purchase, minus time already consumed.

How does the renewal policy work?

Our Subscription Renewal Policy ensures that your purchase includes automatic annual renewal by default. This means that unless you cancel your subscription via the dashboard before the end of the current subscription year, it will automatically renew for another year.

Please note that cancellations made during the subscription period are not eligible for pro-rata refunds.

Do you offer discounts?

We currently have an active discount on all three memberships. However, we intend to keep our prices consistently affordable—not just during discount periods.

Do you offer lifetime licenses?

No, yearly renewals allow us to maintain our legal and development teams to keep your site cached for another year 🙂
